Where is the diagnostic connector on a Junheinrich model ECR pallet jack truck? There is a fault code on the display but I don't know where the port is to plug in and get the codes to diagnose it. I have removed the panel around the traction motor and can see the contactors and controllers but cannot find the diagnostic connection.

The diagnostic connector is on the right side of the truck, behind the cover. Remove the cover and see the pics below for the connector location. Depending of what the first digit of the serial number is, you either have to use a computer with the Jungheinrich software or the Curtis Controller handset.
