How to troubleshoot codes 405/406 cap.

I am working on model mcpg1b2l35s, serial cpg1b2l35s, unit backed into something now showing code 405 and 406 to said to troubleshoot control capacitor, I pulled the panel can't see any physical damage can anyone please help with how to troubleshoot this issue?

You would need a schematic and an ohm meter to check all the resistors and capacitors.
