Alarm 35 on Mod #05 Call maintenance

Have a Mitsubishi Model ESR23N Serial # 7SR3614702. Has this in-display Alarm 35 on Mod #05 Call maintenance.
Anyone seen this and can help with this?

Also, does anyone know to clear codes on this lift?
