Junheinrich Turret stuck up in the air

Hi I have an EKS 120 turret truck, sometimes it gets stuck in the air while picking an order inside the isle's, we call out a techninian everytime, we pay him 2 hours labor (including travel time) and he gets it going in no time, I dont know what he does, it seems like he pushes a few buttons and the truck starts working again, anyone know what he could be doing to get it un stuck?
